within 72 hours (Monday - Friday). You will be notified of any delays.
This applies for US Shipping only.
Taxes: We collect 7.25%
taxes for any shipping address within
California.
Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted prior
to shipping.
Please Note:
International orders must be paid in advance with a verified cashiers
check or international money order. Your order will be shipped after
payment clears our bank. This is due to security issues with
international orders and to protect our customers. Thank you for your
understanding.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order and will notify you as
soon as possible.
Return Policies
Unused Items: If you are
not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will replace the item or
refund your money during the first 14 days, minus shipping and handling
charges. All merchandise must be returned with the original packaging
materials (insert cards, plastic bags, etc..) and must not have been
washed or damaged or used. The customer is responsible to notify The
linen Closet, obtain an RA (return authorization) and to ship it
to our correct address. The customer also accepts responsibility for
shipments being lost in transit and agrees to notify The Linen Closet IN
ADVANCE or shipping new merchandise back to The Linen Closet.
Defects: Items which are reported defective within
30 calendar days of receipt will be replaced or refunded by The Linen Closet
or its manufacturers once verified. Claims after 30 calendar days will be
replaced at the discretion of The Linen Closet. Please note that
wrinkling of 100% cotton fabrics is normal after washing and is not a valid
reason or a defect requiring replacement of
item.
Warranties: All Items are covered and waranteed for 30
calendar days from the date of receipt at your door against any
manufacturing defects. The Linen Closet and is not responsible for
normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment damages due to washing of items.
